Healthy and Colourful Sushi

A plate of raw vegetables and a few additional ingredients are perfect for making healthy sushi using your own ideas. The combination of these with ginger, sesame seeds and spring onion are great for making authentic Japanese sushi.

This morning I discovered that tahini (with a little lemon) is delicious with raw vegetables in a sushi roll, as well as being highly health beneficial!
