Upcoming Sushi & Origami Events in April

April is going to be a month full of exciting events with Alice Sushi Art! Whether you’re interested in sushi, bento or origami making, there will be something for all. We’ll be holding events in Highgate, Crouch End, East and South London.

Come and celebrate spring time and the longer, brighter days with us by joining one of our special events below!

Pop Up Japan (Proud East) – Origami Making

Dates/Time: 8th, 9th, 15th April – 11am-12pm

Location: Proud East, 2-10 Hertford Road, London, N1 5ET

Price: £10 per person (adult, child)*

We’ll be joining Proud East to take part in their Pop Up Japan cultural events, based along the cherry blossom lined paths of East London. You’ll learn how to make several seasonal origami flowers and the traditional Japanese origami crane.

There will also be a pop up cinema, popular street food such as kara-age, gyoza, and ramen!

Tootoomoo & Alice Sushi Art – Sushi Making!

Dates/Time: 11th April, 7-9pm

Location: Tootoomoo, Crouch End

Price: £35 per adults (£25 per child)

We’re very excited to be collaborating with Tootoomoo to hold sushi making workshops for adults, and for children (to be arranged) in their popular and trendy pan-Asian Crouch End restaurant.

Belgian Brasserie – Easter Origami Making

Dates/Time: 12th April, 7-8:30pm

Location: Belgian Brasserie, Merton Abbey Mills, Watermill Way, SW19 2RD

Price: £17 per adult (includes a glass of wine)

Spend an evening making a beautiful Easter cherry blossom wreath, surrounded by fairy lights, relaxing music, and a glass of wine or drink to accompany. All origami and decorative materials will be provided. For more information on the event, please click here.
